Red Robin’s New Slider Menu Is Genuinely Good. We Ordered Everything.

Red Robin built its reputation on full-size gourmet burgers. The new slider menu is designed around trying three or four flavor profiles in one visit without committing to one. That philosophy works better than expected.
The Lineup
Six sliders launched. Four are worth ordering. The Royal Red Robin Slider leads — it replicates the full Royal format (fried egg, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, campfire sauce) in a two-bite size. The egg-to-patty ratio actually works better at slider scale than it does full-size.
The Bacon Jam Slider is the second standout. Red Robin’s bacon jam uses a slow-cooked reduction with brown sugar and balsamic — right sweet-savory balance, doesn’t overwhelm a small patty. The Mushroom Swiss Slider is solid and consistent. The Crispy Chicken Slider has great crunch but the chicken is too thick for the bun.
Salted Caramel Churros
Added alongside the sliders and better than expected. Genuine crisp on the exterior, balanced cinnamon-sugar coating, and a thick caramel sauce that stays on the churro. Worth ordering.
The Value Case
Three sliders plus churros lands in the price range of one full-size burger. Red Robin kept the bottomless fries on slider orders. For variety seekers, the math is clear.
