Shake Shack’s Clubhouse Pimento Cheese Burger Is the Best Thing on Their Menu Right Now
Shake Shack dropped the Clubhouse Pimento Cheese menu in late March and it’s been one of their strongest limited-time launches in years. The Clubhouse Pimento Cheese Burger centers on house-made pimento cheese — real pimento cheese, not a processed spread — layered over a quarter-pound Angus beef patty on a potato bun. It’s a Southern staple applied to a fast-casual burger, and it lands.
The pimento cheese is made in-house. That’s the whole story. Every other major chain that has attempted a pimento cheese burger has used pre-made processed spread. Shake Shack made theirs from scratch, and the difference is noticeable — it’s creamier, more complex, and doesn’t separate when warm.
The Full Menu
The Clubhouse Pimento Cheese Burger is available in single, double, and triple patty configurations. There’s also a Clubhouse Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich for those who prefer the bird. Both come with the same house-made pimento cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The chicken version uses a crispy fried chicken breast.
The menu launched alongside the Masters golf tournament timing — pimento cheese has been a Masters concessions staple for decades — which gave Shake Shack a natural cultural hook for the launch.
How Long Is It Available?
The Clubhouse Pimento Cheese menu is a limited-time offering. No official end date has been announced, but given the golf tournament tie-in, don’t expect it to stay past early May. Get it while you can.
