You Can Now Order Little Caesars Pizza Through ChatGPT

Little Caesars launched a first-of-its-kind pizza ordering integration directly inside ChatGPT today. Starting April 16, customers across all U.S. Little Caesars markets — and select locations in Mexico and Canada — can open ChatGPT, describe what they want, and have their order connected to the Little Caesars app or LittleCaesars.com to complete the purchase.
How It Works
The integration runs as a native app inside ChatGPT’s platform. You describe what you want — budget options, group order preferences, dietary needs — and the AI builds your cart conversationally. It then connects to your Little Caesars account to complete the transaction.
“Today’s consumers are turning to GenAI as part of how they search for everything, including where to get their next meal,” said Greg Hamilton, Chief Marketing Officer at Little Caesars. “We want to meet our customers where they already are.”
Why This Is a Genuine Shift
Group ordering is consistently one of the most frustrating food decisions. An AI that handles the back-and-forth conversationally solves a real problem. ChatGPT has over 100 million weekly active users. Embedding a food ordering experience inside that platform is not just about convenience — it is about brand placement at the moment someone is deciding what to eat.
Starbucks has reportedly been testing similar integrations for drink discovery. McDonald’s and Wendy’s have experimented with AI at the drive-through. But a native ordering experience directly inside ChatGPT — not layered through a delivery app — is a different level of integration. Little Caesars moved faster than the big three on this one.
How to Access It
No new app required. You need ChatGPT and a Little Caesars account. The integration is live now across all U.S. markets. It is the most direct AI ordering experience any major fast food brand has launched to date.
