Slim Chickens added a new dessert to its lineup today. The Strawberry Cheesecake Jar is now available at all 294 Slim Chickens locations nationwide through the fall, served in the brand’s signature take-home mason jar format.
The build is straightforward: New York-style cheesecake layered with fresh hand-cut strawberries and whipped cream. Clean execution of a classic flavor profile in a format that actually travels well.
Why the Mason Jar Format Works
Slim Chickens’ jar desserts have been one of the brand’s quiet wins. The mason jar protects layered desserts better than a cup or plate for takeout and delivery. The whipped cream stays on top, the cheesecake layers hold, and the fruit does not bleed into everything else.
