Wendy’s Spring Menu 2026: Cookie Dough Frosty, Watermelon Drinks, and Jalapeño Everything

Wendy’s just flipped the script on spring menus. Seven new items hit restaurants nationwide on April 27, and the lineup covers every craving on the board — a dessert mashup that might be too good, three watermelon drinks for the warm weather crowd, and jalapeño everything for people who want heat with their breakfast.

The standout is the Cookie Dough Frosty Fusion. This one is not limited-time — it is going on the permanent core menu. Cookie dough pieces and brownie batter sauce swirled into the classic Frosty base. Loyalty members got early access on April 23 via the app. If you slept on it, go now.

The Full Spring Lineup

On the sweet and refreshing side: Watermelon Lemonade joins the Dave’s Craft Lemonade lineup, using all-natural lemonade with sweet watermelon puree. The Watermelon Sparkling Energy is the caffeinated option — 80 to 120mg of caffeine with that same watermelon-forward flavor. Sprite Watermelon rounds out the trio for anyone who wants the flavor without the energy boost.

On the spicy side: the Jalapeño Ranch Cheeseburger is a limited-time beef burger with creamy jalapeño ranch and all the standard fixings. For breakfast, there is the Jalapeño Bacon Breakfast Potatoes — seasoned potatoes with jalapeño and bacon — and the Jalapeño Breakfast Biscuit. Wendy’s is clearly reading the room on spice. The jalapeño category has been trending hard in fast food for two years running and they are leaning all the way in.

Cookie Dough Frosty Fusion: Is It As Good As It Sounds?

Going permanent on a Frosty variation is a big call. The Frosty has been the same thing for decades, and Wendy’s only messes with it when they are very confident. The Thin Mints Frosty Fusion from earlier this year did well enough that they are running this playbook again — swirling actual pieces of something into the Frosty base rather than just flavoring it.

Cookie dough pieces plus brownie batter sauce is a combination that should work. Chocolate and cookie dough is not a new concept, but putting it in a Frosty and making it a permanent menu item means Wendy’s thinks it can carry its own weight year-round. That is worth paying attention to.

What to Order

If you are going once: get the Cookie Dough Frosty Fusion and the Jalapeño Ranch Cheeseburger together. Sweet and spicy is the combo of the moment and Wendy’s is handing you both in the same visit. The Watermelon Lemonade pairs well with either if you want something cold and bright alongside.

All items are available now at Wendy’s restaurants nationwide. The limited-time items — the jalapeño lineup and watermelon drinks — do not have a confirmed end date yet. The Cookie Dough Frosty Fusion stays permanently.
