BEST PIZZA PIE IN LOS ANGELES
sixth + mill pizzeria and bar
sixth+mill pizzeria and bar is a sleek, modern, casual-dining atmosphere where guests can dine on delicious, authentic southern italian cuisine, including neopolitan-style pizzas such as their classic margherita pizza made with tomato, fior di latte cheese, oregano and apulian olive oil. Their shareable plates are made with the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients and the finest imported ingredients of Southern Italy. They serve 6 red and 4 white pizzas, trust us they are a must try! Sixth + mill is the sister property to sleek BRERA Ristorante and popular The Factory Kitchen all located in the arts district of LA.
Lomeli’s Italian Restaurant
This South Bay hidden gem is located in a strip mall but once you enter, you feel like you’ve stepped into a quaint and cozy restaurant. Now onto the food, Lomeli’s serves traditional pasta dishes and delicious large pizzas enough to serve the whole family! Our favorite is the Chicken Alfredo Pizza but you really can’t go wrong with any that you pick! This South Bay hidden gem has been around since 1978 and hugely popular with locals so make sure to call ahead to get on their waitlist.
Jon & Vinny’s
Jon & Vinny’s is uber popular in LA and we can see why! We recently visited their Fairfax location and the food is killer! Their menu is just as creative as their food, we tried “The White Bronco” and “The Ham & Yeezy” and both were delicious, the different flavors worked perfectly together. Add them to your pizza list for sure!
Stella Barra Pizzeria
Head over to the West Side for this favorite spot of ours! Stella Barra serves a great brunch and happy hour but their pizza game is on point! Thin or gluten free crust is where it’s at with this restaurant. You have 15 pizzas to choose from here and our personal favorite was the Cacio E Pepe because who doesn’t love an egg on their pizza? They have 4 locations, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Chicago and Bethesda!
The Luggage Room Pizzeria
This great spot was actually a luggage room at the historic Pasadena train station. Not only does The Luggage Room have one of the best Wine Wednesdays we’ve ever seen (select bottles sold for 25 cents!) their woodfire pizzas are flavorful and crispy, just the way we like it!
Pizza Rev
Must give a little love to the pizza chains out there, PizzaRev is one of our favorites! Known for their craft your own pizza, you can choose between 4 different crusts, 5 sauces, 6 cheeses and 26 toppings. You can find this tasty chain in 8 different states and event Mexico! Now that’s Amore!
